This year we are moving to a more online based registration. The majority of information will be filled out on JMC using the “Register for School” tab on the left side of the Parent access screen. If you do not know or have your JMC Parent access login you may contact any of the district offices and they will be able to help you. This will greatly reduce the amount of paper we use and save time for our staff. There will be a few forms that will still be required to download and print or email into the office. Below you will find instructions on how to register your students.
Note: If your family qualifies for free/reduced, the PaySchools option will not be available, you will need to send in your registration payment with your Student Enrollment Form or drop it off at one of the district offices
Login to your JMC Parent access, http://webjmc.apl-park.k12.ia.us/parent click on “Register for School” then Click Start Registration process. On the first screen, you will be given instructions with links to other forms that you may need. These Other Forms can also be found below. Then Click Next.
Check your contact info and make any changes necessary. Follow the different screens by clicking next in the upper right-hand corner. After you have finish please go back to under “Register for School and Click on “Sign Forms”
Read and Sign all pertinent forms. Click on the name of the form to download and read it then click on “Add Signature” to the right of the form, then sign your name in the box below to the best of your ability using your mouse and click Save. Repeat this step for each form that is assigned to you.
Step 4: Pay Online (If not Paying Online move on to Step 5)
Pay your registration fee. You may use PaySchools to pay online. On the school’s registration page click on the link that says “Pay Registration online”, this will bring you to PaySchools Click on Student Registration and Add to cart what you need to pay for. If you have more than One Student you will need to click “Add to Cart” for each of your students that need that fee. After adding everything to cart you will click “Check Out”. If you do not have an account with pay schools your may register for one at this time. If you already have an account you will sign in and choose which of your students that each of the fees are being paid for. Then you may finish checking out, and your done.
Step 5: Pay Cash or Check
Or you may pay by cash or check. If paying by cash or check please download the Student Enrollment form, fill it out on the computer it will auto calculate your total then print the form and send in or drop off at any of the district offices with your cash or check.
If you need help with your registration, on August 4th and 7th from 5 to 7pm you may come in and register your students at the High School in Parkersburg. Or you may set up an appointment with any of the building secretaries to come in and register your students.
